RydX is pre-launch. This page describes what is confirmed for the controlled Delhi NCR pilot, and what is planned. We do not claim live capabilities that are not yet built.
Verification before anyone gets on the platform.
Captain onboarding includes verification of driving licence (DL) and registration certificate (RC) before activation.
Vehicle registration and applicable insurance documentation are reviewed as part of the onboarding process.
Captains complete a structured onboarding flow before being considered for pilot activation in a live zone.
Planned pilot capabilities.
Sharing pickup, destination, and Captain details for a booked ride is planned for the pilot rollout.
In-ride trip tracking is planned as part of the pilot build. It is not a live capability today, since RydX has not launched operations.
Emergency/help features for riders and Captains are planned for the pilot. RydX does not claim a live SOS or panic system today.
Feedback and support.
A two-way rating system between Riders and Captains is planned for the pilot experience.
Riders and Captains will be able to report issues after a ride through the support channel described below.
